The marina operates with a maximum water depth of 4.70 meters and a maximum yacht length capacity of 40 meters. Supported by modern pontoons and advanced infrastructure systems, it offers a mooring capacity of 229 yachts at sea. In addition, the marina provides an 80-yacht capacity dry dock area for wintering and maintenance-repair services.

Ayvalık Marina is located just 1 kilometer from the city center and 2 kilometers from the intercity bus terminal. The marina is situated 38 kilometers from Edremit Koca Seyit Airport. Access to the marina by sea is provided through the Dalyan Strait, with a 6-meter-deep entrance channel marked by cardinal buoys.

In addition, through contracted service providers, engine maintenance, electrical and electronic system checks, carpentry work, and painting services are carried out.
