In 2001, the Ship Agency Service, which first started at Setur Marinas Kuşadası, is now available at all Setur Marinas.

Setur Marinas continue to pursue innovative ideas in every field and seek ways to offer better service to its guests, in line with the principle of "continuous development" of Vehbi Koç, the founder of Koç Group. Now, Ship Agency Service is being added to the marinas' range of services.
The Ship Agency Service, which includes not only international entry and exit procedures but also many other services such as renewal of transit logs, change of yacht owners, boat purchase and sale, and boat license renewal, was first offered 22 years ago at Setur Marinas Kuşadası. As it became a basic need for marina guests over time, it was decided to be offered at all Setur Marinas with the vision of "unconditional customer satisfaction".
For this purpose, team members from different departments went through an intensive training program and were entitled to receive a certificate of competence. As the Ship Agency service was updated by the public authorities, all transactions were transferred to the electronic environment and the follow-up was started to be carried out by the agencies registered in the system.
So, what should our guests who want to receive Ship Agency Services from Setur Marinas pay attention to?
-
First of all, you must submit your request to the front office services of our marinas in advance.
-
You must submit the necessary documents (current license, insurance, old transit logs and passports, as well as a list of your boat's inventory, etc.).
-
Ship Agency Service is a process involving Coastal Health Inspection, Port Authority, Customs Enforcement and Maritime Police teams. For this reason, if you are entering and leaving the country, you must definitely dock at the border gate and complete passport controls.
-
In case of renewal, the Transit Logs must be approved by Customs Enforcement and Port Authority.
Two more important notes:
The document which is now referred to as the Transit Log holds validity for 1 year upon a foreign-flagged yacht's entry into Turkish waters.
Foreign flagged yachts can stay in Turkey for 5 years, they are obliged to renew their transit log every year during their stay.
You no longer need to look far to get Ship Agency service in the safest way. Just drop by your nearest Setur Marina.
