When someone says Miço, everyone beams at Setur Marinas Ayvalık.  After all, he is one of the symbolic names of the marina.

Our dear Miço

 

It is impossible to see Miço and not admire his beauty. You can't pass by without snuggling up to him or even hugging him. No one in the marina goes through a day without loving him and talking to him. Miço would never allow this anyway.

 

 

Miço doesn't go on a tour of the marina without stopping by the office in the morning. First of all, he wanders around the office and allows people pet him nicely. Next thing you know is that he is sitting on the seat next to you or his feet are on your legs. He can't help but touch, sometimes you notice him rolling around the office, innocently staring into your eyes. If there is something that bothers him, you can understand it from his looks and expression. If he's trying to lick your face or hug you with his legs, it's definitely an expression of love. 

 

Brave Miço

 

Miço has a lot of friends, except cats. He is the apple of the eye of all Ayvalık residents not only inside the marina but also outside. If there is no cat around, he will fight with his own tail instead of standing idle. He is reckless enough to defy bees, flies, almost anything. Of course, things don't always go as planned. Once, Miço woke up unaware of what was going to happen, cornered himself when he thought he had cornered a tiny cat, and had to walk around with a scratch mark on his face for months. Maybe because of this event, he took an oath not to allow cats to have a nice day.

 

 

His favorite house: mooring office

 

If Miço isn't around, you know that he's gone to the mooring office, which is his main stop for his care and meals. He often lies down in the middle of the office, falling asleep as if he came out of a fight. He adopts the places where he sits and sleeps so much that sometimes you have to create another space for yourself to sit. He never leaves the mooring team alone, always rushing to their aid. Miço puts his head into every hole he finds, and the only place he hasn't entered yet is the mooring boats.
