Excitement of renovation is being experienced at Setur Kuşadası It is aimed to transform the marina into a living center that provides uninterrupted service for 12 months, with the renovation works that started in March and are planned to be completed by the end of 2023.

 

Kuşadası marina is being expanded to cater to different boat types and more visitors. Renovation works will expand the capacity of the marina and the marina will become one with the city with the newly added social facilities, activity areas and walking paths.

 

The capacity of marina will increase to 550 yachts in sea and 150 on shore with an investment of approximately 1.7 million dollars. Growth in boat sizes and increase in average meter is aimed with the project that provides mooring of yachts and mega yachts up to 90 meters without anchoring, uninterrupted electricity and water infrastructure, expert mooring service and fast access to services in technical workshops.

Setur Marinas Kuşadası Marina Director Hakan Tellioğlu underlines the value the project will add to Kuşadası, which was implemented with the slogan "New Generation Marina, New Generation Living". Tellioğlu describes this increase in value as follows: We are aiming to achieve an increase in the number of local and foreign visitors that visit the town in Winter. We think that this increase will have a significant contribution to the town's economy. The new enterprises that will be established within the scope of the project will create new job opportunities and increase employment in Kuşadası.

 

One of the most important changes in the renovation project is the increase in green space capacity. The existing 4 thousand 500 square meter green space will be increased to 14 thousand 500 square meter with an increase of 10 thousand square meters. The marina will be the meeting point of all visitors from the sea and land in Kuşadası with its environment and human friendly architecture, and landscaping suitable for the Mediterranean climate. The trade center which will be expanded to 14 thousand 500 square meters will host many new brands, cafes, restaurants, activity and sports areas.

 

It seems that the heart of Kuşadası will start beating at the marina very soon.
