Perhaps the best option to start sailing, attend boat parties, meet new people, enjoy the sea and to experience all these together is to go on a flotilla vacation.

 

 

You can think of the flotilla as some kind of a boat fleet. In a flotilla that can expand from two boats to 10 boats, you line up behind the boat leading the fleet and set sail to the sea. You enjoy the voyage under the leadership of experienced sailors on a previously announced route. Many new stops on the route, many new faces on the boats with you wait for you to meet them.

 

On flotilla holidays, organized by catamarans as well as sailboats, all-day long explorations, sea pleasure, swimming breaks are accompanied by wonderful dinners arrayed with good wine and good music at sunset.

 

In meetings called raft parties, all the boats in the fleet anchor side by side, and a floating city emerges that turns into a huge dance floor. Raft parties offer an actual entertainment and a unique opportunity to meet new people. The golden sands, on the other hand, provide the most comfortable relaxation space for the passengers, who are tired of entertainment, to get ready for the next evening.

 

Although it is a sea holiday, filotillas are the best opportunity to start sailing. You take your first sailing lessons from experienced sailors, take on duties on the boats and learn the tricks thereof. In the regatta races, which are usually held at the end of the voyage, you measure your swords with the other boats in your fleet and have the opportunity to test your knowledge. Once you get a taste of it, the first thing you do when you come ashore is to enroll in a sailing course.
